The 2nd ‘Bangladesh Investment Summit’ aimed towards Asian investors was held on 4th September 2014 at Four Seasons Hotel, Singapore.
With a growth trajectory of over 6 % over the last few years, this is a unique forum for investors to meet with the country’s leading regulators, banks and corporates to discuss the investment climate and ways to deploy money and return yield.
The summit examined the trade and investment opportunities for Asia-based asset managers, private banks, family offices, private equity firms and corporations into Bangladesh’s emerging market.
Mr. Syed Farhad Ahmed, Managing Director of aamra companies, was present as a panelist for the topic “CEO Insights” and spoke about the business landscape of Bangladesh that included, identifying growth sectors, building partnerships and regulatory and bureaucratic support.
