aamra participated as the official Internet Partner of the first ever ‘Bangladesh Leather Footwear and Leather goods International Sourcing Show (BLLISS)-2017’ organized by Leathergoods and Footwear Manufacturers & Exporters Association of Bangladesh (LFMEAB) in association with Ministry of Commerce (MoC).
The three days long event started from November 16, 2017 at International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB). aamra provided seamless internet connectivity throughout the event.
Sheikh Hasina, the Honorable Prime Minister of Republic Bangladesh inaugurated the event through videoconferencing from her official Ganabhaban residence on Thursday.
Tofail Ahmed, Commerce Minister graced the opening ceremony by his presence as the special guest.
World famous brands and international buyers from 15 countries including China, India, Vietnam and Thailand and leaders of industrial sectors participated in the show.
With the theme “Think Ahead, Think Bangladesh”, the show aims to attract foreign investors and buyers to ensure more investment in the leather sector of Bangladesh.
