It is a broader constructive element to measure efficiency and effectiveness of a factory. The methodology can be translated from the Japanese as “sort”, “set in order”, “shine”, “standardize”, and “sustain.”
This HR initiative was inaugurated by the Managing Director of aamra companies, Syed Farhad Ahmed.
