aamra organizes “Kormo Shopan Pataton (KSP)” camp in Rangpur

aamra companies has recently organised a 3 day long corporate grooming and learning camp – “Kormo Shopan Pataton (KSP)” from 01-03 July 2018 at Rangpur RDRS auditorium as a part of aamra’s unique CSR initiative “Believe in Bangladesh”.

50 aspiring students from different educational institutes of Rangpur were selected for this event. The students received training on various career building elements such as CV writing, corporate culture, career planning and others from the HR experts of aamra. The event was concluded by interviewing and distributing ‘Certificate of Participation’ among the successful participants.

aamra believes that educated Bangladeshi youths will bring positive socio-political and economic changes. In this spirit aamra has organized “Kormo Shopan Pataton (KSP)” camp under its CSR campaign “Believe in Bangladesh” since 2016. Till now multiple “Kormo Shopan Pataton” titled have been organized nationwide in cooperation with Centre for Research & Information’s (CRI) “Young Bangla” initiative. More than 400 youths have participated in these camps held in Jashore, Khulna, Savar and Chittagong.

Among the participants, the best candidates are selected for an exclusive internship opportunity at aamra and many participants have received employment as well.
