The 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of aamra technologies limited was held on Monday, December 24, 2018 at Delta Life Conference Hall, Gulshan, Dhaka. The meeting was presided by the Chairman of the company Syed Faruque Ahmed.
In presence of Shareholders, the Audited Financial Statements for the financial year 2018 was presented. The Shareholders unanimously approved the Audited Accounts at the said AGM.
In line with the proposal by the Board of Directors, 10% cash dividend has been approved for the Shareholders for the year ended June 30, 2018. Syeda Munia Ahmed and Fahmida Ahmed were re-elected as the directors of the company as per company’s Articles of Association.
“2018 has been a remarkable year for aamra technologies limited when it comes to innovation. We have ventured into several new business ideas this year, which are once again the first of its kind in Bangladesh. We continue to make focused strategic investments and at the same time, we have further aligned our products and services portfolio focusing on the business priorities of our clients” said the Managing Director and CEO of the company Syed Farhad Ahmed to all the shareholders.
Among others, Directors Syeda Munia Ahmed and Fahmida Ahmed, Independent Director Md. Shahidul Islam, ACA, Group Chief Financial Officer Zahrul Syed Bakht, Company Secretary & CFO Md. Anamul Haque and Chief Operating Officer Sharful Alam were present in the meeting.
Syed Faruque Ahmed, Chairman of the company concluded the meeting by expressing his deepest appreciation to the shareholders for the success and continued growth of the company.
