On January 31st, 2017, a tripartite agreement signing ceremony took place amongst Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), Chittagong Security Exchange (CSE) and aamra networks ltd.
Under the agreement, DSE and CSE will ensure to provide the system of placing online bids by the Eligible Institutional Investors during the bidding period and determine the issue price of the securities under the book building method.
Muhammad Shafiqul Islam Bhuiyan, Head of Listing Affairs Department, Dhaka Stock Exchange, Golam Farouque, Managing Director (Acting) of Chittagong Stock Exchange and in charge Dhaka Office and Syed Farhad Ahmed, Managing Director, aamra networks limited agreed upon the terms and conditions on behalf of their respective organizations.
Sharful Alam, Chief Operating Officer, aamra networks limited, Group Chief Financial Officer Zahrul Syed Bakht, Company Secretary AKM Quamruzzaman and Chief Financial Officer of aamra networks limited Md. Anamul Haque were also present at the signing ceremony which took place at the conference room of Dhaka Stock Exchange Building, Motijheel.
